Job summary

PT Praweda Ciptakarsa Informatika (Praweda) invites an experienced software leadership professional to join its ICT team in Jakarta. The role focuses on guiding software delivery, aligning with PMO, and driving architecture decisions across projects.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in software development, 3–5 years leading teams, and strong expertise in architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud/container, and security. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in Software/Application Development
• 3–5 years of experience leading Software Development teams
• Strong understanding of Software Architecture, API, Microservices, Database, System Integration, Cloud/Container, and Security
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps/DevSecOps
• Experience in managing software delivery and working closely with PMO
• Proven experience in recruitment, coaching, career development, performance management, and KPI setting
