Job summary

PHINTRACO GROUP in Indonesia seeks a product professional to lead development of new products and enhancements, based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. You will gather requirements, write PRDs and functional specs, and present to customers and Sales as a product expert.

You will act as PIC for assigned products, analyze market and competitors, coordinate with internal teams, and support WhatsApp Business API (WABA) solutions, including integration needs and use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT.
• Strong understanding of digital transaction solutions, payment systems, messaging platforms, or enterprise apps.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API (WABA) is highly preferred.

Job description

Lead the development of new products and enhancements based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.

Gather and analyze business requirements, then prepare product requirement documents and functional specifications.

Participate in meetings with Sales and customers as a product expert to provide product knowledge, technical consultation, and solution recommendations.

Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and explain product features, business processes, and system workflows to customers.

Act as the main person in charge (PIC) for assigned products by maintaining comprehensive knowledge of product features, capabilities, and future enhancements.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and continuous product improvement.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure products meet customer expectations and business goals.

Support the development and management of WhatsApp Business API (WABA) solutions, including understanding its features, business use cases, integration requirements, and related customer needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or similar position in the IT industry.

Strong understanding of digital transaction solutions, payment systems, messaging platforms, or enterprise applications.

Experience working with WhatsApp Business API (WABA), including product management, implementation, integration, or solution development, is highly preferred.

Familiar with electronic transaction and digital solutions such as Payment Gateway, Virtual Account, QRIS, API Integration, PPOB, SMS Gateway, E-Reload, WhatsApp Business API (WABA), or related solutions.

Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Able to translate business requirements into functional product specifications.

Strong coordination skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Sales, Business, and Project teams).
