Job summary

PT Envicool Technology Indonesia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support data center delivery on-site, assist document control, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a degree in engineering, strong Revit skills for MEP modeling, and familiarity with Navisworks/AutoCAD, plus English communication for meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or related engineering disciplines.
• Proficient in Revit with the ability to independently complete MEP modeling.
• Familiar with Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Able to understand construction drawings and MEP systems.
• Experience in on-site construction and BIM coordination preferred.
• Experience in data centers, industrial plants, or large-scale MEP projects preferred.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for project meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in data center project delivery and on-site coordination.
• Prepare, organize, submit, update, and archive project documents.
• Assist in preparing and following up engineering documents.
• Use Revit to complete MEP modeling and model modifications.
• Follow up on document review comments from clients and consultants and coordinate revisions.
• Maintain the project Document Tracker, Action Tracker, and progress records.
• Assist in organizing equipment installation, commissioning, Punch List, and handover docs.
• Prepare project meeting materials and progress reports for clients.

Job description

1. Assist the Project Manager in data center project delivery and on-site coordination;

2. Responsible for the preparation, organization, submission, updating, and archiving of project documents;

3. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of engineering documents;

4. Use Revit to complete MEP modeling and model modifications;

4. Follow up on document review comments from clients and consultants, coordinate internal teams to complete revisions and close out items;

5. Maintain the project Document Tracker, Action Tracker, and project progress records;

6. Assist in organizing equipment installation, commissioning, Punch List, and project handover documentation;

7. Assist the Project Manager in preparing project meeting materials, progress reports, and related documents required by clients;

8. Participate in certain on-site delivery, inspection, and coordination work as project needs dictate.

Job Requirements
