Job summary

PT Bina Mitra Indosejahtera is seeking a detail-oriented Project Cost Control professional to join our construction team for a Timor Leste project. The role focuses on budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting, with relocation to Timor Leste required.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Civil/Industrial Eng or Quantity Surveying, 1–3 years in cost control or related fields, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP and project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Project Cost Control, Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ERP systems and project management software is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to be assigned and relocated to the project site in Timor Leste.
