Job summary

Prosympac O&G is seeking a dedicated project scheduler to manage schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, including baselines and ongoing updates on site in Indonesia.

You will prepare progress reports, monitor critical paths and milestones, analyze delays, and coordinate with project teams to keep work within budget and schedule. This role requires hands-on field involvement and close collaboration with project leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience using Primavera P6 and MS Project for schedule creation and updates.
• Ability to prepare and present progress reports to project leadership.
• Familiarity with schedule baselines, critical path, and delay analysis.

• Operate Primavera P6 and MS Project for schedule creation, updates, and monitoring (baseline and schedule).
• Prepare and present progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to project leadership.
• Monitor S-Curve, Critical Path, and milestones in the field.
• Identify delays and recommend mitigation actions.
• Monitor and control resource allocation to align with budgets.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage technical documentation and change orders related to project control.

Job description

This role involves operating Primavera P6 and MS Project for the creation, updating, and monitoring of project schedules, including project baselines and schedule management.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Primavera P6 and MS Project for project schedule creation, updates, and monitoring (project baseline & schedule)


• Prepare and present Progress Reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) accurately to project leadership


• Monitor and evaluate S-Curve, Critical Path, and milestone achievement regularly in the field


• Identify potential project delays (delay/variance analysis) and recommend preventive or corrective actions (mitigation plan)


• Monitor and control resource allocation (manpower, material, and equipment) to ensure efficiency and alignment with budget plans


• Actively coordinate with Project Manager, technical/site teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations


• Manage technical documentation and administration related to project control, such as change orders and time/cost claims
