Job summary

BINUS is seeking a Junior Staff to assist in the development and testing of applications. The role involves installing applications for users, providing user guides, and ensuring documentation is complete throughout the development process.

The candidate should have at least a Diploma (D3) or be a university student in the 6th semester of Computer Studies, with a minimum of one year of related experience. Strong programming and data processing skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), or University student (6th semester) in Computer Studies.
• Minimum 1 year working experience as Junior Staff in related area.
• Programming tools and data processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct application testing according to user's requirement.
• Handle the overall application installation to user.
• Provide user's guide application for related user.
• Ensure the completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.
• Be an active programmer to related application development projects, when needed.
• Coordinate with Senior System Analyst to monitor IS application development schedule and ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical advice to enhance application performance.
• Support management activities and suggest process improvements related to time, effort and cost.

  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
