Job summary

Nonviolent Peaceforce invites a Consultant Analyst to support the RECONNECT Programme in Indonesia, focusing on MEL systems, data analysis, and reporting quality. You will work with the Programme Officer to monitor activities, review outputs, validate data, and document lessons learned for improved implementation and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant PCVE experience orBachelor’s with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of institutional context of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and social cohesion.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating programs and in report writing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor RECONNECT programme activities to ensure alignment with approved plans and indicators.
• Analyse implementation progress, identify gaps and areas for follow-up action.
• Review activity reports to ensure accuracy and evidence-based outcomes.
• Verify data quality and consistency across program documentation.
• Document key findings, lessons learned and recommendations to strengthen program quality.
