The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in education or related field, 5+ years in education policy, and fluency in Indonesian and English to support reporting and data analysis across diverse contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in education policy/planning.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support governance, financing, planning and data systems for the school revitalization programme.
• Analyze policies, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present reports to provincial education offices and UNICEF stakeholders.
