Job summary

OSI Electronics is seeking a responsible technician to support PCBA manufacturing operations. You will perform rework, debugging, and calibration of test equipment, ensuring adherence to defined schedules and quality standards.

The role requires basic ICT/FCT knowledge and hands-on experience with PCBA repair. Ideal candidates have at least a Diploma (D3) and about 1 year of relevant experience, with a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the company values of integrity

Qualifications

• ICT/FCT knowledge required.
• Experience in debugging/repairing PCBA.
• Able to contribute to continuous improvement for productivity and yield.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rework and clear debug WIP testing in automotive context.
• Support physical daily inventory debug WIP.
• Support daily/weekly PM activities.
• Ensure all test equipment and machines are calibrated according to schedule (PCBA site).
• Assist Test Engineer in troubleshooting and repairing down equipment quickly.
• Assist in performing FRT/Failure Analysis and handling RMAs from customers.

Responsibilities

• In-charge reowrk & clearing debug WIP testing automotive
• Support physical daily inventory debug WIP
• Support daily/weekly PM
• Ensure that all Test Equipment and machines are, calibrated following the defined periodic schedule and checklist. (Only for PCBA manufacturing site)
• Assist Test Engineer in troubleshooting and repair down equipment in a short possible time.
• Having skills ICT/FCT, programming, debug & troubleshoot
• Assist in performing failed units Failure Analysis, ref: In house units Failed testing, RMA from customer.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned.
