Job summary

SejutaCita Indonesia is seeking a driven Programs Manager to lead end-to-end execution of youth programs, including competitions, scholarships, and trips. You will design the participant journey, manage ongoing communications with participants and parents, and coordinate mentors, alumni, and partners to ensure high satisfaction and strong engagement.
