Job summary

BALI HAI Brewing Co. is seeking a Production Technician in Indonesia to perform daily inspections and ensure machine parameters meet SOPs. The role involves preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement on the packaging line.

You will read drawings, operate precision measuring instruments, and perform alignment, lubrication, and troubleshooting of machinery while maintaining logs in CMMS and coordinating with operators to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production technician, especially food & beverage process.
• Proficient in mechanical systems, electro-pneumatic systems, control systems, instrumentation, and hydraulics.
• Able to read technical drawings and operate precision measuring instruments.
• Skilled in alignment, lubrication, and troubleshooting of machinery.

• Maintain mechanical, pneumatic, light electrical equipment and control systems in the packaging line; ensure compliance with HSE procedures and LOTO.
• Record maintenance activities in logbook/CMMS, report faults or potential issues, and provide long-term repair recommendations.
• Manage availability of small spare parts, return damaged parts to warehouse after replacement, conduct shift handovers, and coordinate with operators to optimize machine performance.

Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to minimize production downtime; support continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain mechanical, pneumatic, light electrical equipment and control systems on the packaging line; ensure compliance with safety (HSE) procedures and LOTO.

Record maintenance activities in logbook/CMMS, report faults or potential issues to production engineering, and provide technical feedback and long‑term repair recommendations.

Manage availability of small spare parts, return damaged parts to warehouse after replacement, conduct shift handovers, and coordinate with operators to optimize machine performance.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in production technician especially food & beverage process.

Proficient in mechanical systems, electro‑pneumatic systems, control systems, instrumentation, and hydraulics.

Able to read technical drawings and operate precision measuring instruments.

Skilled in alignment, lubrication, and troubleshooting of machinery.
