Job summary

BALI HAI Brewing Co. is seeking a disciplined Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Planner to monitor energy use and optimize utilities at our Bekasi facility, ensuring reliable operation and cost efficiency.

You will oversee power, water treatment, fuels, and cooling systems; troubleshoot faults; implement corrective actions; and uphold safety and environmental standards. A relevant degree and minimum 2 years in maintenance planning are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance planning.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment in a power plant (boilers, pumps, compressors, etc.).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance planning best practices.

• Monitor energy consumption and optimize utility usage to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Operate, monitor, and control utility systems including water treatment, fuel, and cooling systems to ensure reliability.

Operate, monitor, and control various utility systems within the power plant, including water treatment, fuel systems, and cooling systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Respond to operational issues and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or system failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards, ensuring that utility systems operate safely and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 2 yearsof experience in mechanical maintenance planning, preferably in a power plant area.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment in a power plant (boilers, pumps, compressors, etc.).

Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and techniques.

Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in maintenance planning.
