Caterpillar Indonesia Batam is seeking a Production Supervisor – Welding to lead daily fabrication line operations, ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met, and coach a high-performing team focused on hydraulic shovel production. The role requires a minimum engineering diploma and at least 3 years of leadership experience in machining or fabrication, plus strong English and MS Office skills.

• Supervise and direct daily activities of production line workers, assign tasks, coordinate between teams, ensure safety and monitor performance.
• Train new hires, manage scheduling and conflicts, monitor safety, and promote internal communication to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
