PT Lamipak Primula Indonesia is seeking a Printing Production Supervisor to lead and monitor all printing activities on plastic tube packaging. You will ensure readiness of machines, materials, ink, and manpower before each shift, and manage quality and production targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Supervisor/Leader in Printing Production, preferably from plastic tube packaging or cosmetics packaging.
• Experience with dry offset printing, silk screen printing, or similar plastic printing techniques.
• Understanding GMP, 5S/5R, K3 and quality standards in packaging manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and control all printing production activities to hit targets, quality standards, and schedules.
• Master printing machine setting processes including color register and ink adjustment to ensure consistent print quality.
• Monitor and control printing quality results: color accuracy, print position, image sharpness, ink adhesion.
• Analyze and resolve technical printing issues such as misregister, non-standard colors, and smearing.
• Control waste, downtime, downtime, and changeover time to improve productivity.
• Organize operator work allocation, manpower requirements, and production execution per shift.
• Coordinate with PPIC, QC, Engineering, and related departments for smooth production.
• Ensure implementation of SOP, 5R, K3 and operator discipline in printing area.
• Prepare production reports on target achievement, rejects, downtime, and corrective actions.

Description du poste

Supervise and control all printing production activities on plastic tube packaging to ensure production targets, quality standards, and schedules are met. Ensure machine, material, ink, tooling, and manpower readiness before printing processes begin.

Key responsibilities

Master printing machine setting processes, including color register, ink adjustment, curing/drying, and process parameters to produce consistent print quality

Monitor and control printing quality results, including color accuracy, print position, image sharpness, ink adhesion, and other printing defects

Analyze and resolve technical printing issues such as misregister, non-standard colors, smearing, poor adhesion, and inconsistent print results

Control reject, waste material, downtime, and changeover time to improve productivity and production efficiency

Organize operator work allocation, manpower requirements, and production execution according to shift systems

Coordinate with PPIC, QC, Engineering, and related departments to ensure smooth production processes and resolve field issues

Ensure implementation of SOP, 5R, workplace safety (K3), and operator discipline in the printing area

Prepare production reports, target achievement, reject rates, downtime, and corrective actions on a regular basis

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Graphic Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor/Leader in Printing Production, preferably from plastic tube packaging, cosmetic packaging, or plastic packaging printing industry

Understanding of printing processes on plastic packaging, particularly dry offset printing, silk screen printing, or similar printing techniques on plastic tube

Technical capability in setting and troubleshooting printing machines, including color control, register, ink, and print quality results

Understanding of printing defect types, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to reduce reject and downtime

Experience managing production operators, organizing manpower, and ensuring production target achievement per shift

Understanding of GMP application, 5R, K3, and quality standards in packaging manufacturing environment

Leadership capability, problem solving, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills

Accustomed to working with output targets, quality, efficiency, and willing to work in shift systems
