CATL in Indonesia (West Java, Nagasari) seeks a workshop supervisor to drive safe, efficient production. You will implement production safety systems, conduct regular inspections, monitor key processes, and lead a team to meet quality and output targets.

You will organize staffing, train employees, develop workshop management rules, oversee 5S implementation, foster a good working environment, and analyze daily production data to find improvements and control costs.

Responsabilidades

• Implement production safety systems and conduct regular safety inspections
• Meet production plans with quality and quantity; pursue cost reduction
• Prepare staffing plans and train employees, maintaining workshop stability
• Develop and implement workshop management system; supervise staff
• Lead 5S management to improve working environment and员工 performance
