• Maintain feed production standards related to safety, quality, cleanliness, and occupational health and safety.
• Monitor and report any non-conformities in processes, product quality, or equipment performance.
• Record daily operational data in accordance with company procedures.
• Support team activities to ensure smooth and efficient feed production operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Basic understanding of production processes, machine/equipment operation, and SOP implementation in a manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to quality and workplace safety standards.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and willing to work in shifts when required.
• Willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java.
• Melaksanakan kegiatan harian produksi pakan sesuai dengan SOP dan instruksi kerja.
• Melakukan tugas rutin seperti penanganan bahan baku, pengoperasian mesin, pengemasan, dan pembersihan.
• Menjaga standar keamanan, kualitas, kebersihan, dan keselamatan kerja terkait pakan.
• Memantau dan melaporkan adanya ketidaksesuaian pada proses, kualitas, atau peralatan.
• Mencatat data operasional harian sesuai ketentuan.
• Mendukung kegiatan tim demi kelancaran operasional produksi pakan.

Kualifikasi

• Minimal Diploma (D3) Teknik Mesin atau Teknik Industri.
• Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai proses produksi, pengoperasian peralatan/mesin, dan penerapan SOP di lingkungan manufaktur.
• Memiliki kemampuan bekerja secara disiplin, teliti, dan berorientasi pada kualitas serta keselamatan kerja.
• Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim serta bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift apabila diperlukan.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Lamongan, Jawa Timur.
