Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) seeks a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate a team of production personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output. You will train staff, manage performance, and schedule operations across shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key duties include monitoring processes for GMP/ISO compliance, maintaining records, and collaborating with quality control, maintenance, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Food, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical) or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a production supervisory role within manufacturing (animal feed or food processing preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities; capable of motivating and developing staff.
• Excellent understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proficient with production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
