Mengawasi operasional produksi makanan sehari-hari dan aktivitas staf sesuai dengan rencana kerja.
Memantau aktivitas pengolahan, pengemasan, sanitasi, dan penanganan material.
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keamanan pangan, kebersihan, kualitas, dan keselamatan.
Membimbing operator dan menangani masalah operasional rutin.
Melaporkan penyimpangan, masalah kualitas, atau masalah peralatan.
Memelihara catatan operasional harian.
