Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia is seeking a production operator to operate, monitor, and adjust filling and weighing equipment on the production line. • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
• Understanding of basic safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
