Job summary

PT. United Family is a confectionery company in Indonesia seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to boost production efficiency and product quality. You will identify and implement improvements, reduce waste, and drive OEE across the factory floor.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related fields, 2+ years in manufacturing, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Excel. You must be able to work in both office and factory environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to work in both office and factory environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Analyze and reduce production waste, losses, and product defects.
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
