• Proficiency with planning or ERP software and basic data analysis tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Semarang and remotely in a hybrid setup.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant diploma or degree in industrial engineering, operations management or related field preferred.

Role Description

The Production Planning Control role is a full-time hybrid position based in Semarang, with flexibility for working at the office and vendor's place. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, monitoring production progress, and resolving scheduling conflicts or delays. The role also involves analyzing capacity, lead times, and inventory levels, updating plans based on changing priorities, and preparing reports on production performance. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align production planning with business goals and quality standards.

• Strong production planning capabilities, including experience with Production Planning and Production Schedules in furniture industry (Min. 3 years)
