Job summary

PT Halley & Mellowes Australasia, a Jakarta-based subsidiary of the Australia-based HMA Group, is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate wear-solution production planning. The role supports the sales team and ensures accurate drafting and manufacturing drawings for production.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of planning leadership in an engineering environment, exposure to piping systems, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory production planning experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience with piping systems.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules with Indonesian team and Australia.
• Input labour, materials, and stock data into ERP/CRM.
• Manage purchasing of materials and liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Monitor production to meet delivery lead times and KPIs.
• Direct supervision and training of Wear Solutions Production Planning resources.
