Job summary

PT Hanes Supply Chain Indonesia is seeking a qualified Industrial Engineer to manage monthly open-to-buy and coordinate production planning at our Cikarang facility. The role requires strong numeric skills and English fluency.

Responsibilities include placing supplier orders, aligning manufacturing plans with raw material lead times, and monitoring plan versus actual production, with readiness to relocate to Kawasan Industri Jababeka I, Cikarang Utara.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Excellent numerical calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Place orders to suppliers based on monthly open-to-buy approvals.
• Coordinate rework in the DC.
• Set manufacturing plan orders considering raw material lead time and delivery dates.
• Maintain and monitor manufacturing plan vs actual.
• Monitor raw material arrival to support production plan.
