Job summary

Torrecid Indonesia is seeking a proactive Process Staff to manage production planning and coordinate daily operations at our Bekasi site. You will work with Warehouse, Delivery, QC, and Maintenance teams to ensure targets are met efficiently.

The role requires a Chemical Engineering background, fluency in English, and a hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Graduation year 2023–2026.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong initiative, resilience and hands-on work attitude.
• Interest in human relations and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production schedules to achieve targets while ensuring SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Delivery, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Identify and solve production issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Support production process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor production performance and prepare monthly and annual KPI reports.
• Maintain production area cleanliness and ensure HSE standards compliance.
