Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, invites you to join our Karawang-based team onsite. The role supports the production process, including compounding, dispensing, packaging, and materials handling, to uphold safety and quality standards.

You will work with a dedicated team to maintain smooth workflow, weigh ingredients on floor scales and monitor flow meters, ensuring accurate, compliant production and timely target achievement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of production experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient with floor scales and flow meters.
• Familiar with safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to wear PPE when handling materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production team in compounding, dispensing and packaging activities.
• Contribute to preparation and handling of materials for production operations.
• Support routine cleaning procedures to uphold hygiene standards.
• Ensure a safe, sanitary work environment compliant with regulations.
• Participate in maintenance of equipment and tools used in production.
• Pack finished goods adhering to regulatory and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet targets.
