Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily production operations and workflow activities.
• Manage receiving activities for incoming materials and verify documentation accuracy.
• Maintain and update in/out panel data records within the production tracking system.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain payment-related data and supporting documents.
• Generate and prepare COO (Country of Origin) labels for shipments and production orders.
• Reconcile panel receipts against supplier payments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile yarn consumption records when purchase orders are closed and investigate discrepancies.
• Communicate and coordinate with Pengepuls and suppliers during payment processing activities.
• Support inventory accuracy by reviewing production and material usage reports.
• Assist accounting, production, and logistics teams with operational reporting and data verification.
• Maintain organized operational records, reports, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Identify process issues and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
