Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in ML/Backend/Applied AI Engineering.
• Translate business needs into technical specs.
• Experience building internal tools or automation.
• Experience deploying ML models in production.
• Familiar with data pipeline design and orchestration.
• Strong Python and SQL/BigQuery skills.
• Experience with cloud stacks and Docker (GCP preferred).
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Science and business stakeholders to understand needs.
• Translate requirements into well-architected, maintainable systems.
• Build, deploy, and maintain production systems (automation, tooling, or ML serving).
• Ensure systems are reliable, monitored, and aligned with business needs.
• Manage projects from design through production in ambiguous settings.
