The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, ~5 years in garment or packaging manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and English. You will manage teams and optimize workflows in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education (all majors, preferably Industrial Engineering).
• Experience in Manufacturing for approximately 5 years in Garment or Packaging.
• Communicative with strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English language skills.
