Job summary

PT FondFashion Seamless Garment in Indonesia is seeking an experienced PPIC professional to develop and control sample production planning. You will monitor fabric and accessories arrival and ensure deadlines are met while coordinating cutting, printing, embroidery, and sewing progress.

The role requires at least 3 years in PPIC, strong garment industry knowledge, proficiency in Excel for planning, and good English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as PPIC, preferably in sample/development.
• Strong experience in the garment/apparel industry.
• Good understanding of sample production flow and deadline targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for planning and monitoring.
• Basic communication skills in English; Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, able to work under pressure, with strong coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and control production planning for garment samples.
• Monitor arrival and completeness of fabrics and accessories.
• Monitor progress of cutting, printing, embroidery, and sewing processes.
• Coordinate schedules and labour allocation for sample production.
• Ensure production documentation and report accuracy.
