Job summary

PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to lead daily operations, ensure productivity targets, and report to management. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in production management, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

The candidate will drive QCDSM alignment, manage lead times, and ensure accurate monthly production reporting while coordinating floor management initiatives in Gresik.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on productivity and safety.
• Excellent problem-solving and system development capabilities.
• Good understanding of QCDSM and production KPIs.
• Familiarity with production planning tools and safety standards.
• Proficient in reporting and presenting production data to upper management.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willing to be placed in Gresik.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring production productivity meets the set targets and reporting regularly to management.
• Maintaining consistency within the Production Committee and encouraging continuous improvement for a better, safety-focused production system.
• Developing and proposing systems that can be implemented and expanded to support sustainable production processes.
• Ensuring that all production activities are conducted in compliance with safety principles established by the HSE team.
• Ensuring that QCDSM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale) in the Production Department is aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Guaranteeing that production delivery meets the lead time set by management.
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the Monthly Production Report to be presented to management.
• Ensuring the continuous implementation of the Floor Management Development System to support the sustainability of production activities.
