Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, Assembly, or related operational functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or operations-related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production activities, including production planning, assembly, supporting processes, and product handover.
• Develop and coordinate production plans based on business priorities, product availability, production capacity, and operational requirements.
• Monitor production execution and operator performance to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational timelines are achieved.
• Ensure production and assembly processes comply with work instructions, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable procedures.
• Monitor production performance, including production plan fulfilment, productivity, equipment readiness, and production-related issues, and provide regular reports to management.
• Lead, coach, and develop production operators to improve productivity, multi-skilling, work discipline, and operational capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and supporting workforce to ensure the availability of production equipment, materials, parts, and other operational resources.
