Job summary

Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Enterprise Transformation team. You will move AI beyond experimentation and build production-ready solutions that can be leveraged across the organization.

Choose to be hands-on in building scalable LLM/RAG platforms, designing AI agents, and operating cloud and on-premise AI infrastructure. You will own end-to-end delivery from development to operation, impacting underwriting, claims, policy administration, and sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software/service development using Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Hands-on experience with LLM, RAG, Agent Engineering & Vector Search
• Experience in cloud/service architecture
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and learning mindset
• A portfolio of real-world AI projects is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Transform AI experiments into reliable production solutions
