Jatis Mobile in Indonesia seeks a VP of AI Engineering to lead the technical vision for our multi-product B2B ecosystem, architecting high-performance Agentic AI workflows, LLM orchestration, and RAG-based systems.

You will drive innovation across three pillars—global messaging solutions, automated audio intelligence, and enterprise document analysis for compliance and regulatory tracking—building scalable, secure, and private multi-tenant AI infrastructure while mentoring elite engineering

Qualifications

• Education as stated in job spec: Master’s/PhD in CS/AI; strong AI leadership track.
• 10+ years in software engineering; 5+ years leading AI/ML teams in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Expert in LLMs and Agentic Frameworks.
• Proven track record in NLU and information extraction for complex document analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of ASR, diarization, and noise-robust transcription.
• Advanced implementation of RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
• Strong grasp of unit economics and cost-per-inference optimization.
• Ability to translate R&D into scalable, user-centric B2B product features.
• Experience in end-to-end MLOps and AI data privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Framework Strategy: Design autonomous AI agents for multi-step workflows across messaging and document-heavy processes.
• Advanced Document Intelligence: Develop AI engines for complex document analysis with automated extraction and intelligent summarization.
• LLM & RAG Infrastructure: Architect production-grade RAG pipelines grounded in private datasets with zero-hallucination standards.
• Audio & Speech Innovation: Lead the ASR roadmap to convert raw audio into structured business intelligence.
• Scalable B2B Architecture: Ensure multi-tenant, secure, compliant AI infra with global privacy standards.
• Strategic Optimization: Balance model performance with inference cost-efficiency across product lines.
