Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience delivering at least one LLM-based application to production.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI frameworks.
• Ability to design and execute model evaluation strategies that influence product decisions.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI and LLM systems—from design, development to deployment and monitoring.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks, including offline evals and A/B testing.
• Optimize LLM inference using vLLM, prompt optimization, and LoRA/QLoRA techniques.
• Design scalable ML/LLM apps, including RAG pipelines and AI automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to address banking challenges with AI.
