Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa (BHp) is seeking a junior AI/ML developer in Jakarta to analyze business needs and implement AI-driven solutions. You’ll design, build, and maintain Generative AI applications, chatbots, and LLM-based tools, deploying models in production and ensuring reliability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate AI with enterprise systems, and continuously optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/AI or related field.
• 1–2 years in AI/ML development or equivalent.
• Strong Python skills and ML framework experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design AI-driven solutions.
• Build, deploy, and maintain Generative AI apps and chatbots.
• Develop and productionize AI/ML models and RAG pipelines.
• Integrate AI with ERP, web, and mobile apps.
