Job summary

JAPFA in Indonesia is seeking a hands-on assistant to supervise daily slaughterhouse operations, helping to keep production efficient and compliant. The role involves guiding operators, monitoring processing, and maintaining basic records in a busy facility located in West Java.

You will assist in processing, cleaning and sanitation activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs, halal standards and safety rules, while reporting issues to supervisors and contributing to timely reporting.
