Job summary

JAPFA in Indonesia is seeking a hands-on production operator to carry out daily food manufacturing operations in line with SOPs and work instructions, monitor equipment, and ensure consistent product output.

You will perform processing, packing, cleaning, sanitation, quality checks, and data recording; observe abnormalities and report findings; and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across production lines and shifts.

Job description

Carry out daily food manufacturing operations in accordance with SOPs and work instructions. Perform routine tasks such as processing, packing, cleaning, and sanitation. Maintain food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards at all times. Observe and report abnormalities in process, quality, or equipment. Record daily operational data as required. Support team activities to ensure smooth food manufacturing operations.
