Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Indonesia (Banten) to support and perform daily warehouse tasks, ensuring safe operation of equipment and accuracy of inventory. You will assist in stock counts, comply with SOPs, and help junior operators while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role focuses on receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, with attention to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Perform and support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Operate material handling equipment and warehouse systems (WMS) safely and accurately.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper handling, labelling, and stock movements.
• Support compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in stock counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Support workflow coordination and guide junior operators where required.
• Report operational issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
• Contribute to productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
