The position involves guiding operators to follow SOPs and halal and food safety requirements while ensuring hygiene and safety. Basic operational records will be kept to support reporting and oversight.

Job description

Assist in supervising daily slaughterhouse operations and work execution. Support monitoring of processing, cleaning, and sanitation activities. Help ensure compliance with SOPs, halal, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards. Guide operators in routine tasks and report issues to supervisors. Maintain basic operational records and assist in reporting.
