Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PPIC experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MRP systems and manufacturing software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Leadership experience supervising and developing a team.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, SCM, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and inventory levels.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimise waste whilst ensuring adequate stock availability.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production planning, inventory status and KPIs.
• Manage MRP systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Implement and maintain quality standards throughout PPIC processes.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and production delays through effective problem-solving and coordination.
