Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring local and import deliveries, controlling inventory to prevent stockouts or overstock, and preparing stock, expiry, and outstanding reports. You will collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and production to support monthly S&OP meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in PPIC/Material Planning; pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate in English (Verbal and Non-verbal).
• Detail-oriented, systematic, and good communication skills.
• Willing to work in East Jakarta.
• Willing to work with limited resources in a Start-Up Environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan raw material and packaging material requirements based on production plans.
• Monitor material availability and quality release status.
• Monitor local and import material deliveries.
• Control inventory levels to prevent stockout and overstock.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and production.
• Prepare material stock, expiry, and outstanding reports.
• Support for Monthly Supply Planning Meeting (S&OP).
