Job summary

PT Baroba, an international furniture manufacturer based in Jepara, is expanding its team and seeking candidates for production coordination roles. You will record and maintain daily production data, support planning and scheduling, and monitor stock movement across production stages.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; you should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and proficient in Excel and general computer operation. Experience in furniture/wood manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily production data, output reports, and work-order documentation.
• Support production planning and scheduling by keeping job orders and progress updates accurate.
• Monitor material and item movement between production stages and update stock records.
• Prepare recurring production reports for management review.
• Coordinate administrative matters with Production, QC, Purchasing, and EXIM.
