Job summary

PT Baroba, an international furniture manufacturer based in Jepara, is seeking a Quality Control (QC) professional to inspect raw materials, components, and finished products against quality standards and client specifications.

You will coordinate with production on rework, perform inline and final inspections, verify packing/export standards, and contribute to continuous quality improvement to ensure top-tier product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of QC experience, preferably in furniture or wood manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with inspection methods.
• Able to read technical drawings and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products against quality standards and client specifications.
• Carry out inline and final inspections; record defects and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production on rework and continuous quality improvement.
• Verify that products meet export and packing standards before shipment.
