Job summary

Oriental Sheet Piling, a unit of ArcelorMittal, is seeking a full-time on-site Admin Production & Maintenance role in Tangerang. You will provide administrative support to daily operations, prepare production and maintenance reports, and manage documentation across departments.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1–3 years of production administration or maintenance support experience, and strong Excel skills for data reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Management or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production administration, maintenance administration, or manufacturing operations support.
• Experience in steel, manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial environments is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Familiar with production reports, maintenance records, inventory tracking, and basic operational processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management and reporting.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in Business-Level English for reporting and coordination with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for production and maintenance operations, including documentation, reporting, and data management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, maintenance records, and operational summaries.
• Maintain and update production documents, work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment records.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, warehouse, and other departments to support daily operational activities.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment service records.
• Support purchasing and inventory tracking processes related to production and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and control of operational documents, including inspection reports, maintenance logs, and related records.
• Assist in preparing reports for management review and support continuous improvement activities.
• Support administrative requirements for safety, quality, and operational compliance.
