Job summary

Tada is seeking a Product Support & Sysadmin to deliver high-quality technical solutions, support ongoing system operations, and ensure seamless project implementations at our on-site BSD campus. In this role you will create and edit client programs in the back-office dashboard, test programs, gather requirements from the project management team, and coordinate with the internal team to meet client needs.

We welcome fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (fresh graduates welcome).
• Minimum GPA of 3.30/4.0.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Good time management with multiple tasks.
• Leadership experience in projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit client programs in the back office dashboard.
• Test programs to ensure there are no mistakes.
• Gather requirements from the project management team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Ensure all requests are processed within SLA.
