Job summary

Stella International Holdings Limited is seeking a Supervisor/Coordinator to join our footwear manufacturing team. The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency, a relevant degree, and a willingness to work in a factory environment.

You will support cross‑department communication, translate as needed, ensure product safety compliance, conduct daily inspections, and assist client audits with timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, HR/Human Resources, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in the footwear industry preferred.
• Knowledge of quality management or PDCA cycle preferred.
• Understanding of ISO standards and legal regulations an advantage.
• Willing to work in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with product safety requirements and standards from brand clients and corporate headquarters.
• Support supervisors in translation, cross-department communication, coordination, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Conduct daily product safety inspections inside the factory.
• Prepare and submit weekly work reports.
• Assist in brand client audit preparations, accompany audit processes, and coordinate improvement follow-ups.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors, including monitoring and reporting progress.
