Glints is hiring an HSE Staff (Mandarin Speaker) to join a global tire manufacturer in China. The role focuses on ensuring product compliance with national and international standards, overseeing QA processes, and leading continuous improvements within manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include monitoring safety regulations, conducting inspections, developing safety policies, organizing training, guiding protocol adherence, investigating incidents, and maintaining safety records.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health.
• Holds K3/SMK3 and ISO 45001 certificates.
• Minimum 1 year of HSE/K3 experience.
• Proactive, communicative, with leadership skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety regulations locally and nationally.
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify hazards.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Organize safety training for employees at all levels.
• Guide adherence to safety protocols.
• Investigate accidents and near misses; recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain records of incidents and safety metrics.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and EMS initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced HSE Staffto join our client, a global tire manufacturer in China, founded in 2002, produces high-quality, affordable tires for passenger vehicles, trucks, and buses. In this role, you will ensure product compliance with national and international standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment.
• Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees at all levels.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
• Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety-related incidents.
• Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and safety performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
• Develop and implement environmental management systems and initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in EnvironmentalEngineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health (or equivalent).
• Holds a General Occupation Health and Safety (K3)Certificate, SMK3, ISO 45001.
• Min. 1 year of experience in HSE/K3 roles.
• Proactive, and communicative, with leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
