Job summary

Mobee invites a mid-level Product Designer to own end-to-end user journeys, from ideation through prototyping to production. You will advocate for the user, contribute to critique sessions, and maintain a cohesive brand across all assets.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and UX Research to craft simple, delightful experiences across iOS, Android and web platforms, showcasing strong visual and interaction design and detailed prototyping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design experience in crypto/gaming/fintech/ecommerce/investment startups.
• Proven track record shipping products with a product team.
• Own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation.
• Strong visual and interaction design thinking; solid portfolio.
• Attention to detail in visual design, interaction, and prototyping.
• Portfolio shows consistency in typography, color, and design systems.
• Experience creating and maintaining product and brand design systems.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Design across iOS, Android, Web Mobile/Desktop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

• Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
• Act as user’s advocate. Understand and solve user problems within the context of the product/business
• Contribute to and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work
• Maintaining a consistent brand image for all visual and interactive brand communications
• QA work to ensure designs and creative assets are polished and ready for implementation handoff or final delivery
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and UX Research to drive product strategy and to design simple experiences that our customers love
• Communicate ideas and solutions to the stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a design role on crypto / gaming / fintech / ecommerce / investment start-ups
• Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users
• Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation
• Highly conceptual thinking in visual and interaction design and it shows in your portfolio
• Sharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of consistency, typography, colour, design systems, and attention to detail
• Experience creating and maintaining both product and brand design systems
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Design experiences across all platforms: iOS, Android, Web Mobile/Desktop.
