Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a Pricing Lead to steer development of new product initiatives and support the Head of Pricing on related ad-hoc requests. The role requires strong Excel/VBA/AXIS skills, actuarial knowledge, and leadership of pricing analysts.

The candidate will translate actuarial results into strategic business decisions, collaborate with regional teams, and ensure pricing decisions align with profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field.
• 4-7 years of pricing experience.
• Actuarial exam certifications (Associate certification or higher is preferred).

Responsibilities

• Managing new product initiatives.
• Managing a team of pricing analysts.
• Negotiating with reinsurance.
• Managing queries from Regional Office.
• Assisting Head of Pricing in product-related adhocs.
