Job summary

Allianz Indonesia is seeking a Pricing Actuary Analyst to support product pricing and development. You will work with cross-functional teams to design competitive insurance products and conduct pricing analyses.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, stakeholder communication, and preparation of pricing reports for internal and regulatory bodies; fresh graduates with actuarial interest are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 4 years actuarial/insurance experience.
• Strong understanding of pricing principles and insurance products.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Progress toward actuarial qualification (SOA/IFoA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Market Management and Product Development to finalize product design and specs.
• Perform pricing analysis and profit testing for new insurance products.
• Prepare and present pricing reports to internal stakeholders and regulators.
• Build relationships with Market Management, Distribution, and external partners.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions on design, testing, and implementation.
• Prepare policy contracts and actuarial documentation for internal processes.
• Support development of sales illustration systems.
• Analyze product performance and identify risks.
